As a product designer with a diverse background, I bring a unique blend of experiences from my previous roles as a developer, business analyst, and project manager.

With a total industry experience of 23 years in various roles, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the end-to-end product development process, from technical implementation to strategic planning and user research.

As a developer, I learnt to write clean structured code and work closely with engineering teams—skills that now enhance my approach as a product designer. This background enables me to create designs that are not only user-friendly and visually compelling, but also technically feasible and implementation-ready.

As a business analyst, I developed a keen ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate those into actionable design solutions.

As a project manager, I became capable of effectively communicating with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure that product designs are high quality and hence meet both user expectations and business objectives.

Transitioning into product design has been a natural evolution of my passion for creating products that truly make a difference in people's lives.
